Large 10.5 x 13.5 Vintage Ted Williams Boston Red Sox PSA DNA Signed B&W Photo

  

This great signed black and white photo of Baseball Hall of Famer Ted Williams features a large image of Ted practicing his swing, with Boston's Fenway Park famed Left Field Wall, the Green Monster, in the background. This photo is mounted on semi rigid cardboard. As you can see, the signature is pretty faint, but this is an early Ted signature (I believe this to be a 1940s or 1950s signature of Ted based on similar exemplars) that reads To my friend Frenchy Kindest regards.

Note there are dings and blemishes on the surface of the photo. From Wikipedia- Theodore Samuel Williams (August 30, 1918 - July 5, 2002) was an American professional baseball player and manager.

He played his entire 19-year Major League Baseball (MLB) career, primarily as a left fielder, for the Boston Red Sox from 1939 to 1960; his career was interrupted by military service during World War II and the Korean War. Nicknamed "Teddy Ballgame", "The Kid", "The Splendid Splinter", and "The Thumper", Williams is regarded as one of the greatest hitters in baseball history. The autograph was certified recently by PSA DNA and includes the accompanying Letter of Authenticity.
