Gartlan TED WILLIAMS JOE MONTANA WAYNE GRETZKY +1 Signed Pewter Set #229/500 PSA

  

This listing is for the beautiful rare matching serial-numbered set of the 1989 Gartlan pewter figurines featuring Ted Williams "The Kid", Kareem Abdul-Jabbar "The Captain", Joe Montana "Passing Perfection", and Wayne Gretzky "The Great One", all numbered 322 out of 500 total hand-signed figures that were produced. The pewter allows the figurines to be created to display exquisite detail.

All four display a bold signature as the figurines were never on display. The 30 year old figures themselves look great with no damage. The Abdul-Jabbar figurine even has the original goggles included.

Don't be misled by the apparent large amount of figurines in the run; many of them ended up getting damaged or having faded signatures from being improperly displayed and matched sets are near impossible to find any longer. Please see the numerous attached images to see the actual items that you will receive.

As seen in the last collage image, there are some minor nicks on the bases... Please note that there is a scratch on the back of the base at the informational plate of the Williams and Gretzky as seen in the lower right photo of the collage images of those two figures. Lastly, at sometime in the last 30 years we misplaced the 4 individual Gartlan certificates and therefore ended up paying PSA/DNA to authenticate each signed figurine individually. Williams has sticker/full LOA #H58544 from PSA/DNA, Abdul-Jabbar has sticker/COA #G74542, Montana has sticker/COA #G74558, and Gretzky has sticker/COA #74543. These may all be verified on the PSA/DNA website by entering the corresponding certification number.
